Restorations / Fillings

Commonly thought of as fillings, restorations replace lost tooth structure caused by tooth decay or fracture.

In simpler cases, a tooth is restored with tooth colored composite resin or silver amalgam material. In cases of more extensive tooth structure loss, porcelain or gold onlays and crowns may be required. These materials are used to build, reshape or change the color of teeth.
